Now having to return again tomorrow with another receiver as they now think that is the problem. Update *** Installers returned on Monday morning, spent nearly 2 hours trying to get the broadband activated and still nothing. Hopefully things improve but not sure how if there own staff can't speak to anyone, what hope as customers have we got. Install not completed, no communication from connexin when they are returning and my old service disconnects on Monday. ![]() Call the tech team who don't answer there own field staff. Test the equipment but it wasn't working. The install team arrive (great guys) install the equipment and carry out a clean and tidy job. After many conversations with promises of it won't be long - a couple of weeks against my better judgement I accepted to have the broadband installed. ![]() Today we finally had the install date arrive. Was told at the time 2 months for install. I signed up with Josh nearly 18 months ago for your rural gigabit broadband. Update ***Unfortunately my experience with Connexin hasn't as of yet been a good one. Promises from day one and still no live connection. If you decide to stay with your current provider we hope that you start to see a reduction in your bills. We apologise once again for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused and we hope that you will see the benefits of the improved fibre connectivity once it is fully installed. We would like to assure you that we are always working with our partner to minimise disruption and complete our installs as quickly as possible. There are many reasons we chose this method such as having a smaller environmental footprint and also reducing the need for further excavation and disruption in the future. We would like to assure you that we carefully considered all of the options available to us before deciding to install the fibre connectivity via poles. We know that the presence of new infrastructure can be disruptive and we're sorry if this has caused you any stress.
